Our new ticketing system

In September 2012 we invested in a new ticketing system which will make it simpler for tickets to be ordered, retrieved, and brought to the event. Plus there are now no fees to pay on tickets! We've absorbed all the costs of the new system and the credit and debit card charges.

Please note a few differences in this system:

1) The ticketing system will only be used for the European Dance Masters, West Coast Swing Intensive Weekend, and the World Dance Masters Championships / World Swing Masters

2) You must print and bring your ticket to the event to be scanned by the event team. All tickets will be scanned and we will no longer be able to mark your name off a list.

3) If you are ordering tickets for multiple people you will need the details of every attendee including names, email address and age. Tickets will be produced for each individual attendee and each attendee will need to present their own ticket at the event to gain entry.
